  • Achieve, Inc. - http://www.achieve.org/achieving-common-core provides the research, updates, and information on the Common Core initiative, including links for assessments and the American Diploma Project. The American Diploma Project (ADP) Network now includes 35 states that are dedicated to making sure that every high school graduate is prepared for college or careers. Together, Network member states are responsible for educating 85 percent of all U.S. public school students. Click on the link Achieving the Common Core to find materials for Advocacy, Tools, Resources, and videos. Documents include PP presentations, fact sheets, and a link to CCSS State Exemplars. This details some of the top work being done by states to transition to the CCSS.
  • The Council of Chief State School Officers - http://www.ccsso.org/ - is a nonpartisan, nationwide, nonprofit organization of public officials who head departments of elementary and secondary education in the states, the District of Columbia, the Department of Defense Education Activity, and five U.S. extra-state jurisdictions. CCSSO provides leadership, advocacy, and technical assistance on major educational issues.
